The Lombardis are old allies of the Mangini family, and as such, they are one of the few Families that decided to side with the Manginis when the DiCosmas and the Manginis split their alliance. This of course meant that the Lombardis too lost a lot of their standing within the heirarchy, and made enemies with most of the Families that stood by the DiCosma's side. Their hatred for the DiCosmas has risen recently, ever since Jonah Lombardi was found murdered a few years back. Their suspicions are on the DiCosmas and the Court of Dantalion, but anticipating this, Kaerissa DiCosma has made a pact with the Queen of Phasala, Raej, who is the real perpetrator of that murder, to step forward and take responsibility if the Lombardis try to claim Blood Debt owed. So far, though, they have yet to do so... They are ranked number 69 amongst the Hundred Families. |
